Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and 399ok.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 399ok website and all its services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

  • "Account" — The personal profile created for a user upon registration on the Platform.
  • "Deposit" — Funds added to a user's account.
  • "Withdrawal" — The transfer of funds from an account to the user's payment method.
  • "Bonus" — Additional credits or benefits granted by the Platform subject to specific conditions.
  • "We / Our" — The entity operating the 399ok Platform.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the Platform, you need to create a personal account. By registering, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • You will keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You will not grant any other person access to your account.
  • You will notify our support team immediately of any breach of account security.

Verification: 399ok reserves the right to verify a user's identity and provided information at any time. Failure to pass verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Age Verification and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the 399ok Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above. We may request a government-issued ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Registration Certificate) at any time.

If any evidence is found of the Platform being used by a minor, the relevant account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited. We urge parents and guardians to take the necessary steps to prevent minors from accessing this Platform.

Financial Transactions and Gaming

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted on the 399ok Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Typical withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
  • Withdrawal requests may be held pending until your account is fully verified.
  • We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

Important: All deposits must be made directly from the user's own mobile banking account. Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

399ok offers users special bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The terms relating to bonuses are described below:

  • Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the total of the deposited amount plus the bonus amount 15 times (wagering requirement 15x).
  • Bonuses may only be used on specific games — the detailed terms of each bonus offer apply separately.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Bonus funds will be used after cash funds, unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without reason.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

The 399ok Platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and sports betting. We follow the principles below in operating all games:

  • The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • It is not possible to influence the outcome of a game in any way after a user has placed a bet.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, we will settle that bet according to pre-established rules.
  • If a user wishes to dispute a game result, they must contact support within 24 hours of the event.
  • Winnings incorrectly displayed due to a technical error may be withdrawn by us.

Prohibitions, Privacy and Responsibility

Prohibited Activities

Users of the Platform must refrain from the following activities:

  • Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise disrupt the Platform's technical systems.
  • Operating games using bots, automated scripts, or any other non-human method.
  • Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Collusion or gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players.
  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Playing games with the intention of abusing or exploiting the bonus system.
  • Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users of the Platform.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or fake documents.

Consequences: If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the account will be permanently closed, all funds may be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

  • Account closure at the user's own request.
  • An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

After an account is closed, any balance not associated with illegal activity will generally be returned following the standard review process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 399ok Platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and interfaces — is protected under our intellectual property rights or those of our licensors.

  • No content on the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our written permission.
  • Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise analyze the Platform's software is prohibited.
  • Limited viewing of content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 399ok bears no liability for the following:

  • Loss of opportunity or income due to inability to access the Platform.
  • Losses caused by server outages, network issues, or disruptions to third-party services.
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own failure to maintain security.
  • Uncontrollable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks.

Note: The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, we are committed to resolving any issues quickly.

Changes and Amendments

399ok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform or send a notification to your registered email.

  • Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised terms.
